Lobbying Act - How to Comply with New Rules?

AmCham is pleased to announce the power breakfast "Lobbying Law - How to Comply with New Rules?".

With the entry into force of the Lobbying Act and the Ordinance on Managing the Register of Lobbyist, new rules for communication between the business community and decision-makers have been introduced. Join the event and learn more about this important regulation and new obligations.

Representatives of the Commission for Deciding on Conflict of Interest, the body responsible for implementing the Lobbying Act and maintaining the Register of Lobbyists, will offer practical guidelines for successful adaptation to the new regulatory framework and answer questions on which the Commission has already taken a position. Any other questions not answered at this time will be addressed later.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the Register of Lobbyists, reports on lobbying, obligations of lobbyists and lobbied persons, and communication rules. The goal of this dialogue is to help the business community better understand their obligations and comply with the Law and the accompanying Ordinance.
