ETRANET delivered 100,000 cards for the INA Loyalty program for use at over 400 INA petrol stations in Croatia. These are branded barcode cards intended for collecting points in the loyalty program when buying petroleum products, goods and services at all INA retail outlets in Croatia.

In cooperation with INA, for such a large series of cards ETRANET has devised an innovative way of onboarding a new member of the loyalty program. In the cellophane package, each of the 100,000 cards has a self-adhesive label with the barcode of each card. This prevents cards from being thrown due to incorrectly filled out application forms.

Namely, the usual onboarding processes so far involved a combination of a card affixed to the associated application form - if a new member filled in the application form incorrectly, it would entail throwing the card itself.

ETRANET Group and INA address this problem by separating the application form into a classic flyer, and by combining the card with a self-adhesive barcode. Only after the new member of the loyalty program fills in the application form correctly, the INA employee opens the cellophane packaging of the card and sticks the barcode of the loyalty card on the application form.

This separate and packaged card has additional benefits: for example, in the event of a change in the design or content of the application form, INA can order the production and distribution of only leaflets-application forms.

Finally, for such a large series of cards, it is important to point out that the environmental component was also considered - the entire series of 100,000 loyalty cards is made of recycled PVC.
