AmCham Talents - Setting Work Objectives

Second lecture of the thirteenth generation of AmCham Talents program will take place on April 16, 2025.

Miro Smolović is a distinguished expert in the field of e-learning, executive education and professional development, with over 25 years of experience in the corporate, private and non-governmental sectors. He is currently a co-founder and partner at EduStudio, an innovative organization dedicated to e-learning and executive education, and a Senior Advisor to the PwC Academy in Central and Eastern Europe.

Prior to founding EduStudio, Miro contributed to the establishment of the PwC Academy in Serbia and the expansion of the PwC Academy in Central and Eastern Europe and globally. His expertise in management, organizational behavior and leadership has been developed through extensive work in emerging markets, where he collaborated with international interdisciplinary teams on projects in the private sector.

Miro has worked with a variety of industries, including banking and finance, manufacturing, FMCG and the public sector, providing strategic training and consulting services. His ability to conduct large-scale training programs has had a significant impact on numerous regions, including Serbia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Poland.

As an experienced trainer for Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Miro graduated from the City University of Seattle and specializes in providing comprehensive training programs in technical and hard business skills. He is a certified trainer for PMP PREP according to the RMC methodology, the Drive methodology by Daniel H. Pink and the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI). In addition, Miro is a certified business coach, trained to improve leadership and team skills.
