Boardroom Discussions: Damir Zec, Digital Data Enabled Customer Experience

On the fourth session of the Boardroom Discussions: Digital Transformation program, our keynote speaker, Damir Zec (Country Leader, IBM Croatia) gave a brief introduction on digital data enabled customer experience which was followed by a discussions and exchange of ideas.
