E.ON, continuously recognizing growth potential, is expanding in the Croatian market with a new venture: E.ON Digital Dialog d.o.o., a German company E.ON Energie Dialog subsidiary.
The mission of this highly digitalized contact center is to provide high-level customer support to E.ON Energie Deutschland customers across Germany. Located in the heart of Zagreb in ZagrebTower, E.ON Digital Dialog d.o.o. will employ over 200 people.

The vision of E.ON Digital Dialog is to provide E.ON Energie Deutschland customers in Germany with high-level service excellence, focusing on an advanced digital approach," stated Jens Kirchberger, CEO of E.ON Digital Dialog d.o.o.
During the grand opening ceremony, E.ON Digital Dialog opened its new office in ZagrebTower to several distinguished guests. One of the key speakers at the event was Dr. Christian Hellbach, the German Ambassador to Croatia. Among the notable guests were representatives from associations including the Croatian Employers' Association, the German-Croatian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Croatian Chamber of Economy, the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia, the Croatian Association of Managers and Entrepreneurs, and the Renewable Energy Sources Croatia economic interest association.
Representatives from E.ON also showed their support: Wolfgang Wirtnik, COO of E.ON Energie Deutschland; Tanja Larisch, CEO of E.ON Energie Dialog; Jens Kirchberger, CEO of E.ON Digital Dialog; Anneka Kretzschmer, CFO of E.ON Digital Dialog d.o.o.; and Andreas Rörig, President of E.ON Hrvatska.
The entire E.ON Hrvatska team provided valuable support in establishing E.ON Digital Dialog in the Croatian market.
