All assets are secure, customers can resume with regular business activities.
A great relief for customers of Sberbank - Hrvatska poštanska banka is to take over Sberbank. Customer assets are secure again, and agreed terms and conditions remain unchanged. The bank will reopen branches for customers on Wednesday 2 March at 12:00 PM and resume regular operations as part of HPB Group.
“We have swiftly reacted and enabled our citizens to freely manage their assets. At the same time, the acquisition of Sberbank strengthens the future market position of HPB, which is also excellent news for our employees and shareholders.
As of today, our new customers can continue to use all financial services regularly without restrictions, and I congratulate everyone for their best efforts in resolving the situation promptly”, said President of the Management Board, Marko Badurina.
