Vouchers for digitalization were created as part of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development project within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021 – 2026. The aim is to provide micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises access to specific services in the areas of cybersecurity and digital transformation strategy. Digital Transformation Strategy Voucher

The digital transformation strategy encompasses defining goals and creating measures for their achievement, and it should align with the company's business strategy, i.e., its business plan and objectives. As part of this voucher, services will be provided for the adoption strategy of cloud technologies, analysis and optimization of business processes, and efficient management of digital transformation.

These services will cover activities such as assessing the current infrastructure, developing a migration strategy to the cloud, documenting agreed-upon business processes, understanding the company's business environment, analyzing deficiencies in the current process, creating proposals for improving business processes, aligning proposals with short-term and long-term organizational goals, and mapping optimization proposals with available technologies.

Cyber Resistance Diagnostic Voucher

The voucher's activities encompass cybersecurity assessment for the company, as well as analyzing the collected data, defining additional system improvements, and generating reports. This voucher includes services like security system checks, penetration testing, vulnerability testing, and education on the fundamentals of cybersecurity. It will cover activities such as assessing the maturity of business processes, current security measures, identifying weaknesses, and providing guidance for improvement.

Who can apply?

Legal or natural persons defined as micro, small, or medium-sized enterprises can apply, exclusively through eNPOO. The number of employees is the sole criterion. Therefore, for the Digital Transformation Strategy Voucher, the applicant must have a minimum of three employees, while for the Cyber Resistance Diagnostic Voucher, one employee is required.
