AmCham Talents Alumni gathers participants from all previous generations, so that they can systematically, with the support of AmCham, continue their development and thus continue to contribute to creating a strong and competitive business environment in Croatia.

Upon completion of the Talents program, ambitious professionals who want to further develop their skills and new approaches to problem-solving will be able to:

• hear the experiences of top and inspiring business leaders
• further expand their business network to more than 600 young people of high potential from different companies, industries and sectors
• potentially find a mentor who will support a further career development with the advice and experience.

Participation in the AmCham Talents Alumni is open to anyone who has completed the AmCham Talents program regardless whether the person works for a company that is an AmCham member or not, and is free of charge.
