HOW IT WORKS

The AmCham Talents 2025 program includes:

- 10 events

- Competition for AmCham Talent of the Year – participants collect points (through event attendance, collaborative and individual work). The top three candidates will give a speech and participate in a panel discussion at the final event.

Events:

- Depending on the speaker and topic, the lecture may include a presentation, an interview with the speaker(s), and participants’ work through discussion and exercises

- Speakers will share personal experiences with participants

Event schedule: March 2025 – December 2025

Time: 17:30-19:30

Venue: Esplanade Zagreb Hotel

Participants: Employees of AmCham member companies, between 25 and 35 years of age
