INA is again hiring young talents in the Growww internship program

INA is launching its successful fresh graduate program, Growww, again this year. For nearly two decades, the program has provided a unique opportunity for young professionals starting their careers.

Through the program, MOL Group, with INA as the member, is announcing 100 positions across 8 countries – Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, and Croatia – offering fresh graduates the chance to start their careers at one of Central and Eastern Europe’s most stable energy companies.

Since its inception, the Growww program has provided a steppingstone into the energy industry for more than 2800 young professionals. Its success is demonstrated by the fact that 80% of participants continue their careers at MOL Group after completing the program. The company’s goal is to expose young professionals to real business challenges from day one while offering a supportive environment where they can deepen their understanding of the energy industry with the help of experienced mentors.

This year, INA Group is recruiting for exciting 16 roles in areas such as maintenance and engineering, field development and geothermal energy, drilling, oil mining, refining, IT, controlling, health and safety, and retail network development. Companies’s strategic objective is to support the energy transition, placing great emphasis on renewable fuels, green hydrogen, biomethane, and geothermal energy. Therefore, applicants will have the opportunity to work in areas where they can make a real impact on shaping the region’s future. The program seeks key competencies such as analytical thinking, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to work in teams.

During the one-year Growww program, participants receive continuous support to ensure a smooth integration and constant development. Young professionals receive a competitive salary and benefits throughout the program and have access to various training and development opportunities. To gain hands-on experience, participants can also take part in team competitions where they collaborate to develop innovative solutions.

The program is open to fresh graduates with a bachelor's or master's degree in the mentioned fields and a maximum of one year of work experience. The Growww program aims to attract young professionals who seek not only career growth but also an active role in transforming the region’s energy sector.
