As the first commercial TV network, Nova TV had to invest into the construction, installation and development of the broadcasting network, and using its own resources it managed to cover 89% of the territory of Croatia and became available in 90% of homes in Croatia. 20 years ago, Nova TV set the foundations of modern television in Croatia, successfully acquired top-notch programs, ensured around-the-clock premiere program broadcasting, and introduced the Croatian audience to the latest trends in the world with more recent productions from the workshops of the most distinguished distributors. Listening to its audience, Nova TV very soon started big investments into domestic production, built strong news and current affairs programming, developed sports and children's programming, devoted great attention to social responsibility in its operations, and with all the technological achievements and the development of digital platforms, the TV network grew into the leading multimedia company in the country.

For the last 10 years, Nova TV has been the most viewed TV network in Croatia, boasting the most popular entertainment programming which consists of a rich array of domestic and foreign productions, as well as current affairs programming, the flagship of this TV network, together with the most viewed evening news for the 11^th year in a row. Nova TV is also a pioneer in the development of the digital segment. It establishes its strength and added value on the synergy of television and the digital world.

Combining their forces, the professional team led by stable management, with Dražen Mavrić at their head for the last 15 years, grew Nova TV into a leading media brand.
