On September 17, 2024, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Green Transition published the Proposal for a Regulation on Waste Management Fees and the Deposit Refund Scheme for public consultation. AmCham has prepared a position paper with the aim of participating in the public consultation and presenting proposals for improving the document.
