Join us at AI Weekend, taking place for the first time as part of the Weekend Media Festival from September 19th to 22nd in Rovinj.
Over the past few years, CroAI has been listening to the community and identifying key questions that will be addressed at AI Weekend, where AI and business converge. The focus will be on practical applications and challenges of implementing artificial intelligence in business, avoiding topics like "AI will take our jobs." The conference will provide answers to key questions such as: How to get started? What budget do companies need to allocate? What processes are necessary? What are the advantages and potential drawbacks?
Topics and Speakers
Tobias Zwingmann will provide an overview of how AI functions in corporations, explaining what makes AI projects successful and what leads to failure.
Adam Silverman will discuss multi-agent systems, their relevance, and applicability in different business sectors.
Davor Aničić will focus on the practical challenges of introducing AI into companies, especially when middle management is not ready for change. He will discuss the importance of internal champions and overcoming resistance.
Gordan Kreković will address the long-term relevance of AI solutions, providing strategies for maintaining competitiveness during rapid technological changes.
The conference will also cover AI implementation questions – should companies use off-the-shelf solutions or work with agencies on custom ones? Or is it better to develop an internal team? These topics will be discussed by representatives of leading Croatian tech companies, including Damir Sabol, Igor Strejček, and Ervin Jagetić.
A highlight of the conference is the participation of representatives from world-renowned companies like OpenAI, Meta, TikTok, and Tinder, who will provide insights into the latest trends and developments in AI.
