The AmCham Talents Program is back, bringing together some of the brightest and most ambitious minds from across industries.

This exclusive initiative is designed to empower emerging leaders through inspiring sessions, unique networking opportunities, and unparalleled personal and professional growth.

We have started to work on a detailed agenda for this year’s program, and already have confirmations from industry leaders who are ready to share their thoughts, expertise, and experiences with attendees.

When: With overall 10 sessions, the program runs from March, and culminates with the final event in December 2025

The AmCham Talents program was initiated in 2013 to develop the leadership skills of promising young business professionals who were recognized as rising stars by their employers.

The program also provides sponsor visibility and additional tools for employees' professional and personal development. It actively includes sponsors of the program in the execution by teams mentoring, participation in the evaluation committee and selection of the Talent of the Year. In the last 12 years, more than 1100 young talents participated in the AmCham Talents program.

Attendance fee:

490 EUR + PDV per participant

*Maximum number of attendants per company is limited to 5 employees.
